It is weird here, the fraternity guys definately walk home freshman women. Nothing happens because they have a sense of honor and they don't want to screw over their fraternity name. I guess a date rape thing happened (in the 80's), and that chapter shrank incredibly and women never went back. Now, they are known as the most noble on campus.
Sorority sister do walk each other home, but I tend to go out alone, because I am friends with one fraternity, and my sisters don't know them as well. So they always walk me home, whether or not I am drunk (unless I am driving).
