Ok, I'm gonna give GPhi the benefit of the doubt here, guys. GPhi, I totally understand what you are talking about. In fact we all do. But since we are on a public forum here, it's dangerous to put out an opinion that isn't perfectly wholesome. True, all of us have looked through mags and commented on tacky outfits or even been to dances and commented on tacky dresses chosen in poor tase. There is a time and an occasion for everything though. Stores like Forever 21 are fabulous for fun exchanges when you need something you'll only wear once or twice. But for staple items, I most def agree that you should go for quality. No one wants to bash you, girl. It's just that no one wants to hurt anyone's feeling either.
