Forever 21 is a store somewhat like Charlotte Russe (only cheaper) and it sells mostly party/clubbing gear like dresses, "sorority pants" and sparkly tops, although lately they have started to carry more casual stuff too like jeans, tanks, etc. They also got some accessories as well. I am willing to bet that 95% of their stuff is under 20$...that's how cheap it is
