Speaking as a pledgemaster, I must say that I personally do not agree with pledging at all, but if you must do pledging or NME, then do it right. There are alot of things I can think of in our program which could possibly be considered hazing if taken out of context as individual events, although through my 5 years of active experiance, and being a pledgemaster twice, I can honestly say that alot of activities which could be considered hazing, when done properly in the right prospective, can build unity, selt esteem, respect and brotherhood/sisterhood. It just depends on how smart the people running the events are and how on top of the details and damage control they are. If ya gotta do NME, then do it right, until they get rid of it finally haha
