Fahrenheit 9/11 is a documentary, so Moore is to blame for it not being in the Oscars.

Passion was a snuff film, not exactly a movie but more of an antisemetic fantasy about a guy getting tortured.

Yea, probably the supporters of these films will say that Jews control hollywood and didn't give these projects a chance to win an award. Say what you want, but blame the directors for it's failure as a nomination.

Honestly, who cares what the Oscars say anyway, I judge a film by whether I like it or not. Lots of movies I thought deserved an award never got one either. I'm sure you can say the same even besides these two.
