I just wanted to throw my two cents in here. During this summer I was forced to go on the Candida Diet (a strict no carb diet) because of allergies so I could only eat meat, veggies, milk, and eggs.

Regardless, in a month I shed over 15 lbs! I swear it works, and I feel so much better! Just a thought. I know it's hard to cut out a lot of carbs from the diet, but every little bit helps. My bf also suggest cutting back on soda. He changed to diet coke and lost weight as well.
Don't worry about being "fat". I've been battling with weight problems all of my life. Seriously the best thing you can do is to love yourself regardless of how much you weigh. Self confidence is a beautiful thing!
