Kevlar- thanks for mentioning Xenadrine and its negative effects. I am 5'3 and that stuff sounds deadly for a person like me.
The sad part is I used to play sports in high school- cross country, track, swim team, v-ball/basketball-jr.high. Now I can barely run a few laps without being exhausted.
