I LOVE the advisors for Phi Mu and Delta Zeta at Georgia State--they are always helpful, fun to laugh with, and ready to pitch in when needed. Its pretty much ditto for the women of those chapters, though I don't get to be with them as much but the recruitment chair for Panhell was a Phi Mu last year and she was AMAZING!
