I read about this guy years ago when he was featured on a Ripley's believe it or not (or some show like that). Yea, everyone thinks he's institutionalized by Charles DeGaulle airport and wouldn't leave even if he got his citizenship. I almost wanted to stop by the airport on my trip to france in November to see where he sits and reads all day. Kind of a nutty guy if you ask me...
P.S. It's actually not the French government's fault his still stuck there. He has had the opportunity to get out of there, but just refuses to sign his name to a document claiming where he came from.
