As a former treasurer, I sent their asses to collections, and their parents too, since they had to sign that form. People sure paid up real quick.
ETA: B/C this sounded really harsh. I didn't send anyone and everyone to collections. But there came a point where some girls owed hundreds of dollars in back dues, showed up to every event and never paid a dime, and always had an excuse.
If someone came to me needing a payment plan or some extram time for whatever reason, I ALWAYS gave it to them.
