A first-year friend from home on my campus was rushed, pledged, and initiated in a NPC. Things did not work out and certain rules were broken by her sorority. You know, it is possible to have a life and not be Greek. I advise your friend to get involved with one or more of the many campus activities offered at her university. She can even join with a friend.

But no, she may not re-rush and will not be bidded by another NPC sorority. Her circumstances are unfortunate, but life goes on.
