That's a great point. When you charter, you lose your unifying goal of becoming a chapter. You need to replace this singular goal with a new unifying goal. I recommend that you get the applications for Chi Phi's chapter awards ASAP, especially one for a "best chapter," if Chi Phi has one. Distribute a copy for the criteria of these awards to the brothers, and focus on that. This will keep you busy and focused.
