Wow, some of you ladies have really put a lot (too much) thought into this.
1.I like brunettes...but have only ever dated blondes.
2.Short girls. 5'4" or smaller. I dated a few tall chicks, not taller than me, but I didn't like it.
3.A chick that is nice, not a girl that is catty and makes fun of other girls/guys over petty reasons.
4.Allows me my space.
5.Has a car, so I don't have to drive everywhere.
I'm sure there's more, but I take chicks as they come. Maybe if I were seriously looking for a girlfriend I'd have a longer list.
