Hotep Brothers. Sons of Old Gold and Black must understand the POWER and MEANING of the word "ALPHA." Each letter can be used in time of needed counseling for today's youth. When a youngster is acting out or is an intensive crisis situation an ALPHAMAN can best reflect on my coined term to be used with regards to SOCIAL LEARNING THEORY. ALPHAMAN think! Think of the FIVE letters and assign each with the following: A-Acknowledge the Crisis and Problem(s) involving the youth. L-Listen to the youth. P-Prepare to develope an alternative to such behavior with the youth. H-Help the youth to understand the rationale for alternatives. A-Ask the youth if he feels to be control of his emotions before allowing for him to return back to his group. The mind is a complex and complicated instrument but not as complex and complicated as its actions.
