There are many reasons why things don't work out. I had a rush experience where I never pledged anything, and at my college, they didn't tell you about COB ( or Informal as it was called back then,). Despite that( and the awful feeling I had for weeks), I went on to be VERY active in other organizations on my campus including the student newspaper, drama, a student faith group, several honor societies, and was eventually tapped into the top leadership honor societies on my campus!! I was also privileged to be asked by the college president to serve on one of the campus major councils as a senior. I sometimes think that if I had been Greek at the time, I would never have had those opportunities.

Please, please, please, consider looking at other activities on your campus. It may take you time to find your niche.
