Got mine today
I have a question though....
Is it possible AT ALL to receive a C&C without Tom Earp's name SOMEWHERE inside it?
You're always popping up in there somewhere Tom....

Hm, sorry, did not receive My C & C yet so have no idea what you are refering to?
Have no clue what you are talking about.
Some of the things may have come from a long time ago. Maybe they are just cleaning up some old items.

Brother Tom made Page Seven and Eight of the New C&C
Tom, "The Ladies Man," Earp,
I just got my copy of the new C & C this afternoon. A very well designed issue: lots of color, many photographs, an easy to read layout, and a nice mix of articles that should appeal to both the undergradutes and the alums.
And, Yes, Tom you are quoted on pages seven and eight. The article is about the 50th GA and you are quoted as saying:
"The Staff Members, especially the ladies, were outstanding."
Tom, we want the FULL story about the "...especially the ladies"... business!
Yours in ZAX,
Mike Raymond, ZUZ

Starting on page 12 is a tribute to Tozier Brown written by George Spasyk and while reading it, I could hear George at the General Assembly since it's pretty much word-for-word the speech he gave there. When I say I could hear him, I mean that literally because I had brought a little tape recorder to Indianapolis with me and taped the speech that night, so I popped it in my boom box today and listened to George as I followed along in the magazine. It was actually pretty damn cool. These are two of the most influential and revered brothers we've had since Warren Cole and Jack Mason, and it was very special hearing one eulogizing the other.
Yours in ZAX,
Jono

My Bro Jono is special as you can see. He does many things that at the time might sound strange, but He is way ahead of the rest of us! Damn Bro. that is neat, something for the BN Archive.
On the same old sad note, the friggen Pony Express Pony must have died on the trail
Normally check mail box 2-3 times a week, waiting for C & C check it daily!
Someone mail me theirs, will get it first I am sure!

outsider's two cents
I frequently see a copy of the C & C, good mag.
But I enjoy the bits and pieces about Thomas Earp.
He could well have been a Teke and we would have
been real happy to have had him.
He's far more entertaining than reading a seed catalog.
You are lucky to have Tommy, warts and all.
If you call this 'sucking up,' then so be it.
Interfraternally, Erik the old Teke

Gang: I got the new C&C on Saturday, and was very impressed w/the new layout. With the large Alumni News section, you can tell that they're really trying to reach out to all of us run-of-the-mill 'Chops.
If your chapter has a newsletter, be sure to send it along to Betsy Bly @ IHQ--this is her major source of the news tidbits. Better yet, send her the .pdf file (if you have it on your website).
ZAX,
BF

DONE. Sorry about that.
Jono's right about Spasyk. He kept me going when the UNC chapter was closed in the late 80's...sent a very heartfelt letter to me, and kept my blood PP&G. My one regret as a brother is to not yet have met this amazing person. Someday....

LXAAlum George S is definitly a very special Brother.
Had the pleasre of having him down twice at The Pitt for Conlonization and Charter.
Got My C & C finally, just glanced at it as had stuff to get out to LX Z. They shortened my thing about G A and I think I am in the back ground of one of the Photos.
Did anyone else get an email from Vicky Harding about the labels coming off? Mine was barely still stuck to it.
When get of Puter will really glom through it to find out what is going on!
Mike, I always compliment the Ladies of the Staff Dah. Catch more flys with honey dont ya know!
