Let's talk about how wonderful Brooklyn Lager is.

If you go on www.brooklynbrewery.com, you can look at each of their brews and they'll tell you what foods go best with it. I had a few delicious Brooklyn Lagers with tomato and eggplant pizza last night.

So I'm looking at their site, and they offer free tours: http://www.brooklynbrewery.com/Events/BreweryTour.asp

Sounds like a field trip is in order.
