I would PM Brother Dickson to see if he knows of anyone specifically to get in touch with. He should also check on the "Brother Services" section of the Kappa Sig website. There's always contact info there for the Alumni officers (Alumnus advisor, District presidents, etc.), and they would definitely be able to steer him in the correct direction.
