They didn't identify him until some additional video came out today. He will probably be arrested and if he's a season ticket holder, will lose his tickets. He was the guy in the white hat who grabbed Artest and then threw punches at him from behind when Artest ran up into the stands and started punching out the wrong guy. There is video of that on clickondetroit.com too.
