I believe that the PX's have shirts they wear @ opening ceremony. I don't remember dressing up really for opening. I know that open house was supposed to be your rush shirt and comfy shoes. novelty round was just wear whatever. finals i think was sorta formal, because I remember curling my neighbors hair for her.
