Northern Lights

Anyone see them last night? Good showing last night and tonight.

AURORA ALERT: An extreme geomagnetic storm, which began around 5 p.m. EST on Nov 7th, is subsiding now. At its peak, the storm produced Northern Lights as far south as Oklahoma and California in the United States: gallery. More auroras are possible tonight or tomorrow when a coronal mass ejection (CME) is due to hit Earth's magnetic field. Stay tuned!
