Ghosts spook fraternity

This sounds fun. Wish we did this during my undergrad days. Then again, I wish we had a house big enough to pull this off.

The haunted house is a blast! I helped out in our room last night and just had a great time. Definitely a great way to have fun and raise money for charity.

Okay, now I'm spooked... in like 1998 or 1999, when Ole Miss played UGA in Athens. I was dating a Sig Ep. He knew some brothers there so we ended up spending the night there. I slept in the hallway upstairs in a chair, yes it was not very comfortable but at least it was somewhere inside! Anyway, we ended up leaving early because I was spooked out of mind. I swear to you all I heard things and my ex even saw something. He went and found his friends there and they told him how they have ghosts....I would be freaked out to go to a haunted houses at the Sig Ep house!

My oldest daughter got a recreation degree and they used to do a Haunted Forest for the school until someone stole all their props in the off season. Then they teamed with WalMart to do a haunted house that had all kinds of horrifying computer-generated effects. I heard it was fantastic!

Lambda Chi does Goreville at Iowa State. It's a pretty big thing; they pair up with one sorority (they are then Homecoming partners) and do it for I think the last weekend before Halloween. We were paired with them my junior year and it was so much fun!

That sounds like it would be a really cool thing. I wish I was any where near it, so that I could possibly travel out to see it and expierence it. The Psi U house at Michigan State would be perfect for something like this. I don't know about the number of rooms in the house, but it's one of the oldest fraternity houses on campus, as far as I know. I know that I would go through a haunted house there...

The Beta house here at WVU has documentries of it being haunted. Every year they do one on tv about the 'ghosts' here in our house.

We don't do a haunted house, but all three sorority houses on our campus are open for trick-or-treating during whatever hours the city sets as the time for trick-or-treating. We always have cider and donut holes for the kids and their parents in our entry way, then all the girls dress up and hand out candy at their rooms. There are 19 rooms in our house, so it's like going to a whole block! It's mostly professors who bring their kids, and it's so much fun to see them all dressed up.

I grew up in near Hope College where they do a haunted dorm every year in a dorm appropriately called Voorhees Hall. I never went, but I heard it was very scary.

I went to that haunted house last night! It was so much fun! I just think that it is the perfect place for a haunted house because the Sig Ep house is pretty creepy in the dark by itself plus the fact that it's haunted. (A man who used to live there drowned his daughter in the bathtub there and she haunts the place ) But it was really obvious that everyone put a lot of time into it and it's a great way to raise money for a philanthropy!

Edited because my smiley turned out wrong.

how fun! i think it's especially neat because it gets a lot of different Greek groups involved in pulling it off. and raises money for charity. can't go wrong!

Sigma Nu and Alpha Xi Delta always used to do a haunted house on my campus. i never got to go, but heard it was fun.

there were also plenty of rumors that the old Alpha Sigma Phi house was really haunted...

I went a couple nights ago and it was so scary, but really fun to. But then again, I've always been scared of that house.

I love haunted houses. It would be cool to do that...too bad sororities don't have houses here. All we could do is team up with one of the frats and do it that way. But that would be better than nothing I guess.

Coramoor, I've heard some stuff about your house, tell me if this is true.. at the graffiti party we had with you guys like a month ago, one of my sisters was peeing in your basement bathroom (im pretty sure she said basement). anyway she said the door like slammed shut while she was in it, and when she tried to open it for a few minutes, it wouldnt open. then she said all of a sudden it just opened up like normal.. and then a few days later she told one of your brothers about it and he said some butler had killed himself in that bathroom. true story?
