Back when I was in school, I worked in a retail clothing shop. We had this one woman who came in once a month and purchased $400- $500 worth of clothing... woo-hoo, big sale, right?
Nope, three weeks later, she would come in to return every single piece! We had a very liberal, no sale is ever final, kind of return policy, and she took advantage of it. The clothes she brought back had obviously been worn (several times) - they stank to high heaven and had food stains on them.
She did this for six or seven months in a row... we complained to our district manager every time and asked if we could not return her money but we were never given permission to do that... until....
My DM was in the store one day when this lady came in to make her monthly return. When the DM saw the shape these clothes were in. She gave her the money back for her purchase and then banned her from the store for life.
