From my understanding, there was an audition for Lee's roommate. And on of our brothers was chosen. I believe the student is a 5th year senior who lives off campus in his own apartment.
I heard the Beta Tau men didn't know anything about it until after the selection, but they were none to happy at the announcement.
I'll probably watch it simply because the show, if it is selected to air, is in Nebraska and I will recognize so much. So far it seems Lee is behaving himself. He hasn't frequented the bars or any fraternity parties. From the newspaper reports he has turned down all invitations. He claims he wants to turn a new leaf and that he is over with the party life of his past.
He played drums at the Neb-Baylor game a couple weeks ago and even wore the marching band uniform. We'll see if he continues on this good path.
