we call them kissing carnations

.....We do them mostly for our new members, most of the fraternitys have a song like the "Kappa Sigma Sweeheart" song...if not they make one up and have a guy play guitar. They get on one knee sing, then each guy has a name of a new member, steps to the front calls her name, gives her the carnation and kisses her cheek. Its sooo cute, i wish i was a baby again!
