2nd of all- acting skanky has to do with being all up on a guy- acting slutty- dancing with her cooter all hanging out.... or when you notice throughout the night the same girl trying to get on all these different guys...
like for instance when i was bartending one night in london- this really pretty girl i literally saw make out with like 5 guys all within like 2 hours- and the guys would buy her drinks- and they'd turn around and she'd be up on some other guy...
now... granted- she was totally obliterated- so you gotta forgive her for that one- we've all been there one time or another- but she was still acting skanky- maybe just not a skank....
