Agree on the IFB (the kind of earpiece news reporters and anchors wear). It would have been much smaller and nobody in their right mind would mount it in the middle of anyone's back -- and I didn't see any wire or ear bug on any of the camera angles. That rumor makes no sense.

As for the mouth droop, etc., could that be "Bells Palsy" instead of a stroke? I don't know much about it except that a friend had it a few years ago, and it manifests itself like a stroke with a portion of the face kind of losing muscle control and sometimes speech problems as well, but goes away in a fairly short period of time.

Just a thought.
