I've talked with some older fraternity alumni who were concerned that the rule for freshman having to stay in the dorms the entire first year would hurt the chapters financially. Sounds like it won't....sure, maybe this year might be more difficult to fill the house (any transition year can throw things off), but they've got plenty of new members that can live in sophomore and junior years!!! Didn't seem to hurt recruitment a bit!
