I have asthma, so when I do get the flu, it's very not fun. I've only ever had a flu shot once, and that was last year when I was teaching elementary school. I figured that I'd rather be safe than sorry, working in a human petrie dish. So I got the flu shot... and then a few days later I got the flu. And it turned into pneumonia. And then I had a reaction to the antibiotics. Not fun.
I'm just going to take my chances this year. So there's another up for grabs.
