If she was all messed up on drugs and got double teamed by his two friends, couldn't she claim that was technically sexual assaulted?
The whole, unable to give consent by reason of intoxication angle?
Better be careful guy, if you keep treating her like a whore she might cry rape and ruin your buddies' lives. I am sure one of her friends will mentiom it to her as an option.
ETA: I would keep any of your friends from hitting that in the future. And you should not even be alone with her. You don't need that kind of agravation and you don't have Kobe Bryant's money.
