This is true. I don't know how it works, but I never had to pay for my BC or basic testing. They give you a Green Card. You just have to keep the info updated. I may go back to that because my insurance from my parents got dropped and now I'm on a plan that's super expensive for prescriptions. (Stupid Kaiser...)
