Clinton dodge the Vietnam war b/c he felt it was an unjust war just like history have proven, Bush claims he agreed w/ the Vietnam war but believed that other peoples young one should fight it.... what a coward. I'll answer your question yes Clinton dodge the Vietnam war just like Ali and others who didn't believed it was the right thing to do JUST LIKE HISTORY HAS PROVED!!!! Clinton may have dodged that unjust war but he had a hell of a domestic policy, unlike Bush who was a coward during war time and a failure as president.
