It's so easy to blame money or an American arrogance......maybe they were just outplayed.....
Or maybe there were too many of the wrong types of players on the team? He took two different sports that are completely unrelated and tried to say that they failed for the same reason.
If you watched the Olympics, not only were they outplayed, they didn't have the right mix of talent.
He may be right about the golf though.
