I'm trying really hard to remember, but I'm not 100% sure. I do not believe that Mary Kay went to college. She won't tell anyone her age, so some dated details of her life are a little hard to figure out. But I'm pretty sure she got married and started having kids right out of high school. (Again, this may not be totally correct info.) I believe her husband went off to war and decided afterwards that he didn't want to be married to her anymore. Regardless of how it happened, they divorced, and she did direct selling as her income to raise her kids. After they were grown was when she started the cosmetics business. (She also sold wigs for the first few years!)
Anyway, that's probably way more info than you wanted!
But I'm pretty sure she never went to college, and I don't recall ever hearing of her being an honorary member of anything.
