I am a Californian. I am brunette. But that's not what bothered me about SAE's post, as that is an accepted and humorous stereotype.
"Narrow Minded" I can assure you that the people of California are amongst the LEAST narrow minded in the country. Anything goes here, everything is accepted here-- and yes, sometimes that makes for chaos-the type of chaos that might make a proud Texan feel like they've landed on a strange and bizarre planet.
but we all have free will when it comes to choosing where we live, and if California is not the place for SAE, he'll move. Or, like others, he may find that his dislike turns to affection. Happens to alot of people, in Los Angeles especially.
