For the west coast, we have one up in Spokane (eastern Washington) But I've never been to it. Maybe I'll have to go and try the food, the commercials make it look pretty good.

Oh my gosh, Sonic is a great restaurant. They have Sonic in Kentucky where I go to school and my parents love to come visit me to go to Sonic. Wouldn't it be great if Maryland would get a Sonic? Maybe some day we will.

Yeah - that kinda makes me mad when I see ads for places like Sonic and Quiznos, and they look so good, but there are none in the area. I don't think there are any in CT, but...
I went down to Mississippi last summer, and had Sonic a couple of times. It was really good, one of the best fast food places I've had...and I'm not a huge fast food fan.

We just got a Sonic near my hometown recently. It's wonderful! They have the best burgers of any fast food place I know of. It's also fairly reasonable!

We finally got a Sonic last year. I'd eaten at one when I was in Missouri years ago and they had the best Chilly Cheese Frito Pies! NUMMY!
Will and I would go to Sonic for the Cherry-Lime aid drinks and mix em with Vodka! VERY NUMMY as well!
Great food!

We just got a Sonic this year out in Turlock (kinda crazy since its a smaller town..Also I'm not sure where there are other ones in Cali). The waiters/waitresses are on roller skates; which I think is cool.
Its kinda overrated out here. But the slushies are pretty yummy!!

THE BOMB. I LOVE these for some reason. I worked at Sonic when I was 16. Very fun job. We had the option to wear roller skates if we wanted, or sneakers. One girl wore roller skates and I will never forget one time she was taking 3 milkshakes to a car and ended up wearing them. I chose sneakers, lol.
Cherry Limeades are SO AWESOME. When I worked there, I was the cherry limeade pro, lol. Believe it or not they are made with real cherry juice/cherries and real limes. That's why they are the bomb (they are mixed with Sprite).
The ocean water is simply Sprite with a splash of some blue syrup flavoring.
Try the chicken strip basket...those are pretty good also.

Their locations around here are hit and miss, i.e., not close. I did like the one that was close to me in Norcross (north Atlanta). With all those desserts to choose from, perhaps it's a good thing one's not close by.

There's one pretty near my house, but I have never seen anyone on skates. My day pretty much is not complete without a lime slush - even in the winter. Boy, those are good!!!

Tomorrow I am rolling up the street to my local Sonic and I am going to have a Cherry Limeade... or maybe an Ocean Water. Oh my GOD, I am so glad that someone made this thread! haha I haven't eaten Sonic in a very long time but it is definitely delish. Especially now that it's summer... when I was little, we would always stop for a slushie after going to the pool

Sonic is all over North and South Carolina and I love it. Some of my favorites are: Coney dogs, any Toaster sandwhich, corn dogs, Sonic #1 & 2 burgers. If you haven't been, you need to check it out.
