It's a whole new ballgame. Look at Penn State - they have 20 NPC sororities, Total is 80, and roughly 500-600 women sign up. If PSU had only 10 sororities, quota would be much more like LSU or Ole Miss or such. It's a different concept, a entirely different way of looking at the GLO system.
Of course, PSU sororities don't have houses to keep up, either. A chapter with a house almost
needs a large chapter.
