I've actually been turned down twice for breast reduction. I am currently a DDD and we tried weight loss, physical therapy and the insurance company still wouldn't authorize it. They said I didn't have enough cause to warrant reduction surgery. My Dad soon after the second time started his own business so we lost insurance and now that we're on it again I'm probably going to start up the cause again.
