My question is: When do you get the urge to "feel" a graduate chapter?
I say joining chapters is sort of like starting a new job.... You are new, there are those that have been there since the "foundation" who know more or don't know JACK. Find your niche and GET BUSY!

It's about the QUALITY of the candidates (UG and Grad). I know. We've been there... done that (topic).
