we had sisters that have come back from both voluntary and involuntary suspensions.
However we have two types-
I forget the technical names, but basically one makes you a member not in good standing and the other you are never allowed back in to the fraternity.
With the first one you have to wait at least a year to petition Internationals to become reinstated and pay a reinstatement fee.
Other AGDs can correct me if I have any info wrong.
