I have a friend who both she and her husband hyphenated their names when they got married.
As for me, personally, I am keeping my name. Yeah there are arguments for and against, and none are invalid.
I love my name, its who I've been for 31 (plus since there's no plan to get merried anytime soon! ha ha) years. Love, Marriage and Partnership is about many things, but none of it involves giving up your identity.
