I will second Macaroni Grill and Elephant Bar. The E-bar here is ALWAYS packed but I have seen the menu... I could probably get the same food somewhere else and cheaper. The mixed drinks aren't bad but they have ZERO alcohol.
I've never eaten at Mac Grill. People always swear by it but I have heard the food is way too greasy to enjoy.
