I'm sorry but that really sounds like what's going on here. Who knows why and I'm sure you're awesome but for whatever reason he's decided not to pursue the relationship. Sometimes it's just about chemistry and timing and things that are totally out of your control.

Move on. Do you really want a guy who's going to bail like that? You deserve a guy who wants to be with you and makes the time. He's not the right guy if he keeps making excuses as to why getting together is not a good thing.
