Why not? Because he would be going back to the person who molested him. If the sexes were reversed in this situation would you be so quick to say to say this is okay? This adult man is psychologicially scarred because of actions of this sick woman. She not only had one but two children with him. The court order should stay in place. The victim needs to have an opportunity to heal and thrive in a life that does not involve contact with his attacker.
