Soda. I grew up in the southeast then moved up to Ohio when I was in the 5th grade. My family is very southern so I kept all their terms lol, I did lose the accent and now have a PA accent since in Ohio I lived near PA.
Everyone I know in Ohio calls it pop and looks funny when I say I want a soda. I also call it coke though cause everything where I lived when I was young was called coke lol.
