Perhaps you mean a tubal ligation? That's commonly known as "getting your tubes tied". However, this is a fairly permanent method of birth control... most doctors won't perform it on a young woman, because she might change her mind about wanting children.

Not to mention the fact that no birth control method besides condoms currently protects against STDs.

If I was going through Recruitment at a highly competitive school, I WOULDN'T be posting tons of stuff about sex on a public message board for Greeks, where many Ole Miss sorority girls post. Just a thought.
