Yeah, my friend's friend (who doesn't live here) invited him to the 4th of July festivities. He followed me home and knocked on my door that night. Next day he came by THREE times when I was home, and I didn't answer the door. One time he knocked for over five minutes. A girl in my old building has been bothered by him a lot (she is very shy and nonconfrontational, so she hasn't told him to f-off and die yet), and didn't want to come visit her friends because he could bother her. My neighbors told her to just knock on their doors if she ever feels unsafe, or if she wants an escort. We have lots of nice people who take issue with young women being harassed. (Yay for the loads of off campus fraternity men that don't like creeps)
We figured we had to go to the Dean, because even if he stopped bothering us, he just moves on to a new target. Also perhaps with the cultural difference, he may not listen to any authority figure, but a man.
