by all of us. That's it. This problem does not belong only to the brothas that are unemployed; it belongs to us all. It's gonna require an attitude adjustment on the part of: (1) employers/businesses, (2) the unemployed brotha, (3) the employed sista, and finally the friends and family of these brothas. Next, we have to help these brothas get training and other types of preparation. Then we have to convince our legislators to remove any legal barriers to these brothas getting employment. One of my friends is a felon; and because of it, he can't get a job at McDonald's. This has to change if we're serious about saving families.
If we believe this problem is serious, we must leave the finger-pointing where it belongs and start doin' something about it.
