I see nothing wrong with having sororities and fraternities that have mostly jewish members. I also went to a school where AEPhi and AEPi were majority jewish organizations. Even though I'm not jewish, I was very much considering joining AEPhi and they were very welcoming to me, up until pref night.
If you think of it this way, every house has certain interests and they usually pull brother/sisters that enjoy the same things. It boils down to the basics . . .join a house that you feel comfortable in.
