Indeed... chapter to chapter differs greatly when you change campus's. Our ADPi's lost thier charter this past year at the end of the semester that I had just gone to theirs and kappa's pref night's :/ which was most sad since I had friends in ADPi and had to see them go through it...
My campus is now down to 6 NPC's (we have no locals)
